Unverified listing on Google Maps
Some business listings on Google have an "Unverified listing" status. This status disables Google's click to call feature.

Google's Maps help gives this explanation:
Why does "Unverified listing" appear next to some business listings?
We display this message next to listings that we haven't been able to fully verify because they come from sources other than Yell.com and other online directories. If you find any errors in one of these listings, please let us know by clicking the "Report incorrect data" link on that listing's business detail page.
1. Log into Google Local Business Center. If you do not have a Google account you will be prompted to create one.

2. Enter your company's information

3. Select Edit my business information. You will have the chance to update your business name, contact information, payment types, hours and categories.. (At this stage you can also remove your business from Google Maps )

Don't worry, Google will not allow just anyone to remove or update your listing. You will receive a letter with a PIN that will allow you to complete the removal:
"Validating your listing - We'll send a letter containing a PIN and activation instructions to the business address associated with your listing. After you validate your listing, you may edit your Google Maps listing at any time."

4. This is the final and most important step. You will receive a letter with a PIN number instructing you how to complete the update of your business of your business information. "Within two weeks, we'll send a letter (containing your unique personal identification number and activation instructions) to the address below. Please follow the instructions in the letter to validate your information and prevent unauthorized edits to your listing."
